AM-- This was a bad race. I died really hard and my mind just wasn't in it at all. I feel like I let down myself and my team... I can't change it now though so I just have to learn from it. It was just one bad race though. They can't be amazing all the time. I won't let it get me down! Like coach was saying, next race I'm going to just focus on one thing: going fast. Not letting my mind get in the way of what I'm trying to do and having fun. I'm excited for the next race actually! (Jeez I tend to overthink things.)

AM-- epic morning workout today. 3*1000m @ CV, 4*400m @ 1600 pace, 4*200m @ 800 pace, and a 300 @ F pace. Great way to start the day and work on my form/sprinting. Legs pretty tired after that (in combination with weights yesterday).

AM-- long run w/ 5 min EZ temp then straight into 10 mins @ CV pace (+10 secs). Finish with 5*30sec hills at 1600 effort. Pretty fun run I must say. Another great confidence builder for the week! My goal is to get more and more sleep these next few days because I feel like I could've performed better if I had rested more (had to stay up for some HW... yeah I know it's dumb). But yup just keepin at it and ready for another good week.
