PM-- Lots of things went wrong throughout the day (one of those things being me forgetting my spikes and diet crap) but I still improved by 3 meters. Not my best race today but not too shabby either. Still gonna kick trash like always

AM-- Went and did Prospector with Jose and Evan at 6:30 am in order to be ready for prom. We were all very tired having it be the end of the week and all. Got lost in the dark a few times but thankfully the skin walkers were elsewhere.

PM-- Long run w/ 3*4min EZ tempo (or 4*4 if you're me and stopped to use el bano), 10 mins normal tempo, and 5 mins thresh.

Today I absolutely destroyed the run. I felt like I was going to be sick but then I thought," No I can definitely keep going so I'm just not going to barf", so then my body was like,"K sure whatever dude" And so I continued on, catching up every time I had to stop for a potty break. I then proceeded to obliterate the repeats with swagger.

But in all seriousness this run was a great confidence booster and I felt really strong despite my obstacles.

PM-- did a shorter run today instead of our long run due to weather. For some reason my shins were killing me today out of nowhere. Just when we ran however. #blessed that it didn't happen on long run day.

AM-- Went to weights but spent the time icing and stretching because the back of my right knee was hurting.

Went out to Red Hills Pkwy today for our long run. Our crew absolutely destroyed it. I remember where last year I'd barf on these runs but now it's no biggie. Shout out to Cooper for staying with our group the whole time.

Had a solid pace workout. Jose and I hit every rep perfect except for the last one (2 sec too fast). Overall really good day and my legs felt surprisingly good. Surprising because I was sore and tired yesterday.
