AM-- long run w/ 5 min EZ temp then straight into 10 mins @ CV pace (+10 secs). Finish with 5*30sec hills at 1600 effort. Pretty fun run I must say. Another great confidence builder for the week! My goal is to get more and more sleep these next few days because I feel like I could've performed better if I had rested more (had to stay up for some HW... yeah I know it's dumb). But yup just keepin at it and ready for another good week.
