AM-- Aw heck yea another PR today in the 2 mile! Pr'd by like 8 seconds this time! This race was awesome. Still things to learn of course and still gonna improve. I just need to focus on lap 6 and 7. My splits were like 4-5 secs slower than other laps and if I just stay mentally tough again that's like 10 more seconds off my time! Not to mention getting good sleep (cause I didn't sleep well last night) and maybe trying like a nose strip + wintergreen to help me breathe. I'm just trying all these little things to give me racing confidence (like taking a freaking cold ice bath yesterday but it healed my legs like a babe). Anyways, if I keep this up I'll have a state Q in no time.

30 mins 4 mi of warm and cool

Today I am grateful for my mom
