PM-- only went half an hour because my right shin decided to not work correctly. At first I thought,"I'll just tough it out like a man. That's what running's all about" but it came to a point where it would be foolish to go 80 with a lame right leg. So I used the RICE method (rest ice compress elevate) and gave my shin the doctors treatment. I'm not too worried but if I have another crappy 6 min test then I'll do something reckless and crazy. I haven't figured out what yet but it'll be wild. 30 mins 4 mi |
