PM-- Long run w/ 3*4min EZ tempo (or 4*4 if you're me and stopped to use el bano), 10 mins normal tempo, and 5 mins thresh.
Today I absolutely destroyed the run. I felt like I was going to be sick but then I thought," No I can definitely keep going so I'm just not going to barf", so then my body was like,"K sure whatever dude" And so I continued on, catching up every time I had to stop for a potty break. I then proceeded to obliterate the repeats with swagger.
But in all seriousness this run was a great confidence booster and I felt really strong despite my obstacles.
