AM-- Went to weights but spent the time icing and stretching because the back of my right knee was hurting.
PM--long run w/ 3*4min EZ tempo, 10 min tempo, 5 min CV.
Went out to Red Hills Pkwy today for our long run. Our crew absolutely destroyed it. I remember where last year I'd barf on these runs but now it's no biggie. Shout out to Cooper for staying with our group the whole time.
