AM-- epic morning workout today. 3*1000m @ CV, 4*400m @ 1600 pace, 4*200m @ 800 pace, and a 300 @ F pace. Great way to start the day and work on my form/sprinting. Legs pretty tired after that (in combination with weights yesterday).
