PM-- pretty solid workout with Nate and I becuase we were the 3200 guys. Felt really dehydrated towards the end so I'm bringing my chunky water bottle to school tomorrow. Pretty beast workout but not unmanageable. Just drenched in sweat at the end. 2*(200m, 400m, 800m, 400m, 200m) @ 3200m pace then F pace 300m. Also last 4 and 2 at faster paces.
