PM-- dank workout of 10 mins warm, 5 mins EZ tempo, 4*800m @ CV pace, and then 3 hill circuits to finish. My legs are so chiseled it's ridiculous. I think more runners should be proud of their buff legs. And by buff I mean super lean and strong.
