AM-- long run w/ 5min EZ tempo directly into 10 mins @ CV(add 10 secs). Then 5*30sec hills at 1600m effort.
Overall a really fun run but I felt sick all morning. I hammered our CV and almost caught up with the other guys even though my pace was supposed to be slower... heheh. But after the hills I felt pretty sick so I took it in early for 70 mins total.
